Meeting Tool Requirements 1. Schedule a Meeting Create a New Meeting: Allows creating a meeting with options such as name, time, password, and participant information. Share Link: Provides a link to share the meeting with others. 2. Breakout Rooms Manual or Automatic Room Assignment: Allows dividing participants into smaller rooms manually or automatically. Management and Supervision: Monitor and switch between rooms, send announcements from the main room. Room Duration: Set a duration for breakout rooms and automatically return to the main room when time expires. Participant Movement: Allows participants to move between rooms if permitted. 3. Timeline Feature During the Meeting Position and Size: Positioned at the bottom of the meeting window, spanning the full width of the screen, with a height of about 30 40px. Design and Shape: A horizontal bar with a thin border and slightly rounded corners, with prominent color for the main bar and lighter color for time markers. Key Components: Current Time Indicator: A dot or vertical line with the time value next to it. Timeline Markers: Important time markers along the timeline. "Now" Button: A button on the right side of the timeline to return to the current position when rewinding. Interaction: Drag and Drop: Allows dragging the cursor to seek to specific points. Information Display: Tooltip when hovering over the timeline with detailed information. Fast Forward: Click and drag on the timeline to fast forward. Additional Display: Brief Summary: Text or list of important events near the markers. Live Broadcast Status: Display the live broadcast status if applicable. 4. Meeting Summary During the Meeting Real Time Summary: Update and summarize key points in real time. Breakout Room Summaries: Each breakout room has its own summary, viewable by participants in the main meeting or other rooms. Interactive Features: Comments, notes in the summary, and sharing via email or other platforms. 5. Chat Feature During the Meeting Chat Interface: The chat window is located on one side of the meeting window, with scrolling capability to view older messages. Chat Functionality: Send text messages, emojis, basic text formatting, and links. Auto Scroll Messages: When interacting with the timeline feature, the chat window automatically scrolls to the relevant time of related messages. Search Feature: Provide a search bar within the chat window to find messages or links. New Message Notifications: Notifications for new messages, which can include sounds, popups, or small alerts. 6.
