Mobile Data Entry - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I need a mobile layout for data entry. It needs to have a search so I can look up a product by SKU, and then key in values about its delivery and fabrication and installation steps. I must be able to save this data. And since it will be used as mobile on smartphones on a construction site, I need the UI/UX to have simple and quick buttons to enter the values such as 0% progress, In Progress or 100% Done.
