Movie Recommender - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I want to create a recommender system to get users preferred movies and then suggest movies based on what user likes and keep asking user to like and dislike the movies and the app keeps recommending. for this we need to use a movie database which I believe imdb is free to use right? can we also link those movies in imdb so that user can go and see the details of the movie?
