Restaurant Rating Component - Copy this Angular, Tailwind Component to your project

Implement a multi criteria rating system for restaurants with separate star ratings for different aspects such as Service, Ambiance, and Food. Each category should have its own 1 to 5 star rating system, where users can individually rate each aspect. Below each star rating, include text boxes for users to leave additional comments or feedback specific to that category (e.g., 'Describe the service' for the service rating). At the bottom, display an overall rating average, taking all aspects into account. Ensure the layout is clean, intuitive, and well organized, with clear distinctions between each rating section. Include a submit button for users to submit their ratings and reviews.
