Navbar - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create a navbar for my ecommerce website. It should collapse in mobile with a hamburger icon and it should show the menu once the hamburger icon is tapped. the menu should contain Home, About, Blog, Contact Us links. I should be responsive for mobile, ipad and other large screens. It should have a logo which has a text of Devesh which should be highlighted in bold (it works like logo of the site)
