Slider Component - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

The number changing speed is controlled by two factors: 1. The slider selected value (as it is now, all good). 2. By the number value itself. If the number is less than 4, the slider must go slower, if it is less than 10, a bit faster, if less than 50, more faster, etc. There should me treshold
