Guaranteed sales boosts and platform discounts during promotional events. 2. Opportunity for a 2% share in our company for sellers agreeing to our terms. 3. Access to shared warehouse facilities accommodating up to four sellers. **Customer Benefits:** 1. Periodic sales events with discounts ranging from 10% to 15% throughout the year. 2. Daily benefits such as cashback offers. 3. Free delivery and annual bonuses for regular customers. **Customer Return Policy:** 1. 8 day return window for products; default returns accepted. 2. Wallet feature for seamless transactions, where the amount is deducted after 8 days. 3. Option for customers to choose delivery partnerships. **Commissions and Fees:** 1. Sellers pay a 2% commission to the company, waived during sales events. 2. Annual platform maintenance fee of 3%. 3. Warehouse fees of 1% payable mid year. **Business Expansion Strategy:** 1.
