I wanted to create a personal portfolio website, make you use reactjs and tailwind css to do so, also i need the website to be fully responsive to all devices, and also make sure to make it as modern as possible, also try to add animations to every possible elements on the website, i also need my photo to be displayed on the website and i need it in a circular format. you should create a navbar which is very modern with all the possible animations and also create sections in website, where you have many sections like for skills, education, projects, contact, and many more according to you, make sure to add the footer element too and make it animated too, your main motive should be to create a good animated based website
