Pickup Date Time Selector - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I'm going to share code that is part of a plugin. It allows customers to choose a pickup date and time during the checkout process. I would like to continue to use this but add time to the customers choses time or minutes if after chooses a time but doesn't complete the checkout process within a minute. If they choose a pickup time 10 minutes from now but it takes them 5 minutes to complete their checkout I would like it to add the 5 minutes to their 10 minute chosen time. Otherwise we would only have 5 minutes to complete their order after receiving it. I will upload the code I currently have next
