Hero Section - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I am creating a portfolio in my portfolio hero section. i want to add video in background of hero section where a man come and start coding in laptop at night. and upto the video on the left side there is a title subtitle and download resume button ..my main color is purple. all thigs should be responsive and nicely eye catching using framer motion animation.
