Post With Comments - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create page where on left side there will the post section having a title , and component named ImageCarousel which will be displaying mediaFiles, the content(description about the image) , no. of likes with like icon , name of the user who posted , date on which it is posted, and below will be two buttons to edit or delete the post and on the right side comment section , where on top place add comment section with a dynamic text filed and below the comments will be listed
