I have an Excel sheet with various performance metrics across multiple airports (EMA, MAN, STN, BRS) for the month of August. I would like to create a Power BI dashboard to visualize the following sections: Sales Performance: Metrics: Sales, Transactions, Average Transaction Value (ATV), Conversion Rate Data: Display the sales figures, transaction count, average transaction value, and conversion percentage for each airport. Include a combined total for all airports. Call Performance: Metrics: Entered, Accepted, Abandoned, Abandonment Percentage (Aband %), Average Handling Time (A.H.T), Average Wait Time (A.W.T) Data: Show the number of calls entered, accepted, and abandoned for each airport. Highlight the abandonment percentage and display handling and wait times. Include a combined summary. Flow Performance: Metrics: Flows Started, Transferred to Queue, Transferred External, Dropped, Disconnected, Average Flow Duration, Deflected Data: Visualize the flow performance metrics such as the number of flows started, transferred, dropped, disconnected, average flow duration, and deflection rate. Include a percentage change indicator. Salesforce Performance: Metrics: Open, Closed, Average Handling Time (A.H.T) Data: Show the count of open and closed cases along with average handling time (AHT). Staff Promo: Metric: Codes Issued Data: Display the total number of promo codes issued. Design Requirements: Use visual elements like bar charts, line graphs, and summary cards for each metric. Highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) with conditional formatting (e.g., green for good performance, red for areas that need improvement). Include filters to view data by airport and overall summary. Provide an overview page with all combined metrics for quick insights. Data Source: The data is structured in an Excel file, with different sections representing different performance categories."
