Product Registration - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

We want one react component that should contain the Product Registration as heading and some of the input type text as Product ID ,Product name, Descriptions as textarea, unit as a label and textfield, Reference code as text field and category as input field and all the inut fields and textarea must has the label and after the category we need the button as ADD/Update and Delete button when we click on add or update button we need to enter the details and after entering the details we need to save the details in another react component and after adding the form we need to save the Product List ,ID ,Name ,Unit ,Reference Code ,Quantity ,Status details in table format in another react component(page) we want this design in figma with source code(react,tailwind css)
