Click Me Star Button - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create a button which is purple by default and when the user hovers over it, it turns lightskyblue ish. the button's text says "Click Me". Also, there should be a rotating star like element inside the button which should be located at the middle at the left of the text.
