Schedule Push Notifications for Devices and Groups

Build a page where user can schedule PUSH notification to a list of devices or groups. It must include filters for website, userid, OS (Android / iOS). Sending may be immediate or optionally scheduled to a given datetime. Only logged users may access the page.
