Create Quiz - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create an application style screen with a list of questions (quiz) for the user to choose an alternative and answer individually, and when answering, they will receive the correct answer highlighting whether they got it right or wrong and a comment about the question. There are 5 questions displayed on the page and a button to load more questions in the footer. At the top there needs to be a count of hits and errors and a button to filter the questions.
