Give me a form for fill up address for placing an order using react js and antd. where every field is mandatory message and pin code should be 6 digits and phone no is 10 digits all those validation message will be there. the fields are first name and last name , address1 , address2 , State Selection List and pinCode , District Input field. make it using antd and reactjs
