Blog Post Modal - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Build a CRUD modal for adding a new blog post. Include a rich text editor and a switch to toggle between public and private. Add a Publish Post button and a Cancel button that simply hides the CRUD modal. Ensure that the CRUD modal opens by default. Additionally, make sure there is a target button, and if clicked the modal should open again.
