Chat Widget - Copy this React, Mui Component to your project

Hey. Can you please create for me a chat widget for a customer representative chat. It should be a floating widget with the relevant Icon. Once clicked, it pops up a form prompting user to enter name, email, telephone and a message then send. It should then tell the customer to wait as it connects them to a customer rep. After connecting, they can continue chatting with the customer rep.
