Drawer Component - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Generate me a drawer with a button at the top. When i tap on the button the drawer got to the bottom to the middle of the screen. When i tap againe the drawer go to the top with a margin of 272px. And when i tap again the drawer go to the bottom with a margin of 64px.
