Gift Card Interface - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Please create a login and registration system using PHP, HTML, and Bootstrap. This system should store registration information in a database and automatically verify if the user can access their account upon logging in. At the end of the code, include a guide on how to link it to the database. This is for a project I am working on with Laravel 11.
