Sidebar Menu - Copy this React, Mui Component to your project

Do some changes add more list items (Calendar sync, scheduling links, recapped, settings, setup guide) and in bottom of sidebar add a user with name and avatar with dropdown menu, in top right add collapse/expand icon.
