Sidebar Item - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create a sidebar component that can have unlimited nested elements, this should be collapsible, in collapsed only icons with tooltip should show, if nested items, it should show nested items as dropdown in right side. in mobile view whole new sidebar drawer should be opened and sidebar should be hidden. handle scrolls properly
