Feature Rich Table - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create a table with 3 columns: provider name, exercise status and due date. For the exercise status column, each row should have 3 badges representing "passed", "failed" and "pending" exercises. Each badge also must contain the number of exercises.
