Tree Node - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Generate a website with tree view on the left and create a title page with navbar with title text 'my AI website' and also generate collapsible panel on the right side for settings menu. It must have icon of a butterfly in the body. upon clicking butterfly icon it should generate animated alert.
