User Profile Modal - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Develop a CRUD modal for creating a new user profile. Include fields for name, email, and an avatar upload option. Add a Create Profile button and a Cancel button that simply closes the CRUD modal. Ensure that the CRUD modal opens by default. Additionally, make sure there is a target button in the center of canvas, and if clicked the modal should open again.
