Create a kanban board for a realestate company to manage their deals, every task must have title body tags begin and due dates and attachment file and also a button containing a link or custom action to view a linked property also having ability to add/edit/delete comments and color labeling(multi) tags to identify them in each columns also having clear api requests to be implemented by the backend dev. it must work with mui 4 and be responsive and compatible with mobile device sizes and ability to move cards between columns and dynamic columns creating ability by the user
