Art Gallery Categories - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I am makin an art gallery website . bascially i am setting up a page that will show the pictures based in categories i have 10 categories that are displyed in horizontal direction . i want that when the screen size gets smaller and smaller the categories from right start moving to a dropdown one by one the dropdown have the title more with an icon it will collect the categroy from right to left as screen size gets smaller
