Create a responsive component featuring a highlighted heading 'Choose Your Course'. Below the heading, implement a slider containing course boxes. The first box should represent 'Frontend Development'. Each box must display a course image on the left side and the course heading along with its description on the right side. Ensure the layout is fully responsive across mobile, iPad, and other devices.
