Navbar - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Build a responsive navigation bar with ReactJS and Tailwind CSS. It should include the company logo on the left and navigation links on the right: "Home," "Find a Ride," "Offer a Ride," and "Profile." The Navbar should be sticky at the top and change color when scrolling. On mobile devices, the links should collapse into a hamburger menu.
