Scrollable Blog Website - Copy this Html, Bootstrap Component to your project

Create a responsive and vertically scrollable website, for blogging purposes, divided in three main parts. The first one has on the left an avatar icon and on the right a box to write a short presentation. The second part has a carousels of cards scrollable horizontally. Each card has a title on the top and small description below. The third part is equal to the second one. There must be a navbar on top of the website which is fixed during the scrolling. The navbar has three fields called about, blogs and notes. There must be a footer whith the copyright logo and the year 2024 and the name Pinco Pallino. The footer is not fixed during the scrolling, The colors for the website must be black and light blue.
