Layout - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Develop a layout. To the left, a column that takes 100% of heigth that expands and contracts on hover, where the menu items will be listed. Every menu item will have an icon, and a title. When contracted, users only see icons, when expanded they see both icon and text. To the right, on the top, a bar to display the logged in user information (name, and picture).
