Sidebar - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create a sidebar with 30% width and when the sidebar is closed, a menu icon and button will appear to open the sidebar. When hovering over the menu icon, the sidebar also appears, but only temporarily. After removing the hover, the sidebar closes again
