Dynamic Slider - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

build a slider for me, i dont know the lenght of each slides and i also dont know the number of slides, build it responsive, the arrow should appear if numbers of slides are overflowing otherwise not, the slide will be a text div and also on 1 screen it should fit slides as many it can for a particular width
