"Create a responsive web page using that displays an interactive dashboard with the following features: A header with the title 'Sales Dashboard' and a navigation bar that highlights the current page. A line chart using Chart.js that shows sales data over the last 12 months. The data should be hard coded but easily modifiable. A pie chart representing the percentage breakdown of sales by region (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia). Include a filter above the charts that allows the user to toggle between displaying the data for 'Q1', 'Q2', 'Q3', and 'Q4'. When a user selects a quarter, the charts update to display only the data for that period. Add subtle animations: the charts should animate smoothly when updated, and hovering over chart elements should trigger a highlight effect. A footer with links to the company's social media profiles and a 'Contact Us' button that opens a modal form when clicked.
