Create components that take list array as props and show it in one row list name take space as it want if list overflows from its parent component than than scroll it if scroll is available than show arrow that indicats that here is more list names, hide scrollbar if available, if scroll is to right side show arrow to right side, if scroll available left side show left side arrow, make it full responsive it should work in screen width less than 250px
