Share Resource Modal - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create a pop up modal titled "Share Resource" featuring a paragraph with instructions, a done button in the footer to close the pop up when there are no changes, a list showing users who already have access to the resource with their avatar, name and email, and next to it a drop down menu to set the permission level, which can be Reader or Editor. At the top of the pop up, after the instruction paragraph, add a field to enter the email or name of the user to share the resource with, and when a user is selected, open another pop up to confirm the sending and in this one allow adding more users or a message.
