This is done by detecting the user’s sleep phase (light, deep, or REM) and activating the alarm during optimal times. Feedback and Analytics: The app will provide daily, weekly, and monthly insights into sleep trends, highlighting how well the user is following their circadian rhythm, the effectiveness of their sleep cycles, and potential areas for improvement. Sleep Goals & Journaling: Users can set sleep goals (e.g., 8 hours of sleep, improved sleep quality) and track progress.
