Speaking Page - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I want to create an application with 2 actors. One is user & another is bot. This will be speaking pages. User will give input in form of speech and bot will speak out the response generated against the question asked by user. I want Clean & attractive UI with interactive UX. As per my need, there should be two columns one for user & another is for Bot. Both will contain Mic Icons in center & text area to be filled with what spoken by user & bot side what it will speak. If user clicks on mic to speak , mic should start blinking & when bot start speaking, mic of bot side should be blinking.
