Student Management System - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Generate a component for my student management system app in which there are about 25 dummy students and are present with their pictures in rows and columns, the images of students should be rounded and clean, upon clicking them the image should be scaled down and covered by a #FFE01B colored outline with checkmark on top right
