Tab Component - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I have a list of tabs each with a code, for example, tab 1, tab2, etc. I want an experience so that if the tab has serious errors it is shown in one way and if it only has warnings it is shown in another way. I want the number of errors to be shown in each tab.
