Animated Webpage - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I am a beginner to web development. now make a webpage using 3js and other things that can make god level animations on the web page. the whole web page is based on black(dark) theme. when the web page is opened there is a god level animation which is there for 3 seconds and after that a text reveals "ARTIFICIAL IMAGINATION". below this title another text says "Welcome". the size of "Welcome" should be somewhat small from the above text. the animations should be very attractive and also optimize it for all types of browsers too. you should use 3js to acheive the god level animations. now generate all the code required and also give detail explanation and also give the directory structure. and please dont provide basic code. i want excellent animations. also give installation steps
