Responsive 3- Panel Component - Copy this Html, Tailwind Component to your project

Design a 3 panel website, the first panel is here for the menu, the 2 contains a list of web article and the last one the content of a selected article. Then add a top menu for panel 2 and 3 that let's you go back to the previous panel, this is useful in a mobile setting because on small devices we want to display only a single panel at a time.
