If applicable, the system calculates the cancellation fee and informs the Passenger about the amount to be refunded after deducting the fee through UI04 Display Cancellation Fee screen. 5. In UI05 Confirm Acceptance of Cancellation Fee, the passenger confirms their acceptance of the cancellation fee and refund amount. 6. The system proceeds to cancel the ticket and updates the booking status accordingly and displays a cancellation confirmation message to the Passenger through UI06 Cancellation Confirmation screen. 7. The use case ends. Alternative Course A: 1. If the selected ticket is non-refundable or no cancellation policy applies: - A3. The system informs the Passenger about the non-refundable nature of the ticket using a UI warning message screen and proceeds to step 3 to confirm the cancellation.
