Create for me another dashboard that gives an overview of how ticket resolution has been going, include functionalities to search starts by date, branch. ticket information incldues status, assigned staff, branch, product, creation date, include information about breached tickets and details about ticket reassignment. use beautifull and friendly charts. The branches that i have are many, make them on one full row. also add a table that shows the number of pending tickets by each branch.
