Todo Form - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I have my todo component, for that there are two text fields I want to add a button component inside that form, so give me the button component in which will be super animated and 3d I want it to be like a stone grey, then there are two text fields that i have if I enter which text field there will be some cracks looking like cracks on a stone and it'll shake a bit in animation and then when there is some content inside second input field too after that i want an animation of those cracks breaking out and a shiny create button which is clickable should be made this will be clickable since both the text field have some content , i want that create button to have a moving beam or laser border which will circle on its boundaries make it animated and very cool on hover, and then if i click on the button and there's some error in submitting the post request the button should turn red and a skull icon over it and if its success, then a success animation on the button
