Tutorial Website - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create a tutorial website that should teach different programming language (wrap into languages section), networking stuffs like STP,DNS,etc ( wrap into network), security things like we sec, mob sec etc..This should be horizontal and fixed. For eg if you click on programming language, it should expand and provide me option, when I click that option the tutorial for that topic should be given. For the specific tutorial, there should be nav bar at the left which will have different sub topic of study. When I click a subtopic that should be focus on that specific sub topic where right side of the page will have links to browse different sections on that current page.
