I mean to say there should be both option at first user and admin both should register and after successful registration there should be option to login as well but only admin id registration should be approved by superadmin normal users are simply registered and auto approved through correct email id and whenever somebody register as an admin superadmin email should must receive an email notification regarding whether to approve it and decline it.
