User Management - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

Create a user management component where i can add a user assign him some role from dropdown , department from dropdown , input email , first name , middle name and last name inputs , mobile number , use animations and transitions at extreme , first come the email and mobile number screen , when submitted , slides to user details screen (first name , middle name and last name ) then slides to next screen where mentioning the user's name and assigning role and department from dropdowns then on submit add a toast notification for successfully added user and return to first screen .
