Vertical Stepper with Animated Transitions

Perfect stepper with flows, with conditions based and optional results and motion animations, on this: What i want is the steppper only not any form attached to it it should be non editable as per condition it will have icon that says that steps is complete or rejected or accepted with line in between also with label and it should be screen readable and keyboard accessible Vertical stepper with step content outside stepper and button to navigate the step from outside. Implement subtle animations for the stepper component. Animate transitions between steps or highlight the currently active step to provide visual feedback and enhance user engagement.
